Today we spent the day fixing things that were quietly broken. Not the kind of broken where nothing works — the kind where everything looks fine until you try to do something specific, and then it doesn't quite work the way it should.

The first thing we fixed: the dashboard wasn't showing your apps. If you logged in and saw a blank subscriptions section or an error message, that was us — not you. Your account was fine, your subscription was fine, we just had a bug in how the page was asking our servers for your information. It's fixed now.

The second thing: the sign-out button in Ascend. We wanted clicking it to send you to the login page, which sounds simple. Turns out it wasn't. Because asix.live and Ascend share the same login — you only have one account for everything — signing out in the wrong way was also wiping your login from the main site. That meant the next time you tried to open Ascend, it couldn't find your account details and got stuck in a loop. After a few attempts to fix this cleanly, we made a different call: we removed the sign-out button from Ascend entirely. Instead, there's now a button that takes you back to your asix.live dashboard, where the sign-out button lives. That's the right place for it — one account, one sign-out, in one place.

Small changes, but they matter. The whole point of having one login across all your apps is that it just works. Today we made it a little more true to that promise.
